On December 18, 2017, AGC Flat Glass North American Inc. submitted a WARN notification with the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development.

The company notified the department that it would be carrying out a layoff on February 5, 2018. The impacted employees work at the company’s Church Hill, Tennessee facility. The operation is located on 600 AFG Road. In total, AGC Flat Glass believes that the move will lead to 50 workers losing their jobs.
