On Friday, Acting United States Attorney Betsy Steinfeld Jividen announced that a Dover, New Hampshire man had pleaded guilty to bank fraud. 36-year-old Kelvin L. Potter pleaded guilty to a single count of bank fraud. The defendant admitted to transferring money from a Chase Bank account belong to Velco Inc. without authorization. The account held the business account for Vocelli Pizza in Wheeling.

The crime took place in May of 2015. Potter will face a maximum of 30 years of incarceration as well as a maximum fine of $1,000,000. A date for Potter’s sentencing has not yet been scheduled.
