On Monday, it was announced that a New Hampshire company had been sentenced for trafficking counterfeit New England Patriots AFC Championship and Super Bowl t-shirts during the 2015 NFL playoffs. During the sentencing hearing, CK Productions Inc. was ordered to pay restitution of $29,405 to the NFL, as well as a fine of $30,000.

The company, which is based out of Pelham, New Hampshire, pleaded guilty to trafficking in counterfeit goods in April of 2017. From January to February 2015, CK Productions printed and sold roughly 1,724 counterfeit t-shirts with an estimated value of $29,405. The shirts contained trademarked works, including “Patriots” and “Super Bowl”. Again, the company has been ordered to pay restitution to the NFL.
