The United States Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration, OSHA, has cited Stalwart Films LLC for failing to adequately protect employees from fall hazards while filming “The Walking Dead”. OSHA issued a serious citation against the company and proposed penalties totaling the maximum allowable fine of $12,675 for failing to provide adequate protection from fall hazards.

OSHA carried out an investigation at Stalwart’s filming location in Senoia after a stuntman was fatally injured after falling more than twenty feet. Stalwart Films LLC has 15 days from receipt of the citations and proposed penalties to comply, request a conference or contest the findings.
