On October 18, 2017, Technicolor sent a WARN notification to the Indiana Department of Workforce Development. The letter informed the Department that Technicolor, Technicolor Connected Home and Thomson Licensing would cease or substantially cease operations at its facility in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The facility is located at 101 West 103rd Street. As a result, the company will be carrying out employment separations. The separations are expected to begin on December 17, 2017. In total, Technicolor believes that 95 employees at the Indianapolis, Indiana facility will be impacted by the actions. The separations are expected to be permanent and none of the employees have bumping rights.
