The company is publicly traded under the ticker FCAU on the New York Stock Exchange. On February 12, 2018, FCA submitted a WARN notification to the Ohio Office of Workforce Development. According to the notice, the company intends to carry out temporary layoffs at its Toledo assembly complex. The facility is located at 4400 Chrysler Drive in Toledo.
The separations are expected to occur in seven waves with the first taking place on April 13, 2018 or within two weeks after the date. The workers are represented by the UAW Local 12 Union. Therefore, the workers will have bumping rights as set forth in the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
