Over the past few years, more and more consumers have attempted to discover greener forms of transportation. The hover board and Segway have both gained popularity. Nonetheless, Green Ride wants consumers to travel in style with their innovative smart scooter. The scooter, which is called INU, is the perfect solution for consumers that need to travel through cities. The product is capable of folding in just 7 seconds, so it is highly portable and can easily be stashed in the trunk of an automobile.
Customers that are interested in getting their hands on an INU scooter can now reserve their own. The INU features a handful of unique features, including a phone dock, GPS, and even Wi-Fi. Once users have arrived at their destination, they can simply give the INU a voice command to make it fold up and condense down. The INU will be delivered to consumers sometime in 2017. The scooter will be available in three unique models, with each offering different distance limitations.
The available models include distances of 12-miles, 18-miles, and 24-miles. Despite the distance restrictions, each model is computer-limited to travel at a maximum of 15.5 miles per hour. This also ensures the product meets all modern safety standards. The INU weighs 55 pounds and is capable of accommodating up to 264-pounds. The internal battery can be charged from 0 to 100% in approximately 3 hours. The INU scouters will retail at $2999, $3999, and $4999.
On December the 27th, Green Ride also revealed they were opening a showroom in Palo Alto, California. Those that visit the showroom will be able to get an up close look at the company’s innovative scooters. They can also reserve their own INU at the showroom. The showroom will be located at 435 University Avenue in Palo Alto. Those interested in learning more about Green Ride are advised to visit the showroom or checkout the company’s official website at Inu.City.
