HomeServe USA is one of the country’s leading providers of home emergency repair solutions. The company serves 3 million customers across the United States and Canada. Their warranties protect homeowners from the expenses related to unexpected water, electrical, sewer, HVAC, and other emergencies. The BBB-Accredited Business has announced additional expansions in the Chattanooga area. On May the 9th, the company confirmed it intends to invest 5.5 million dollars to expand in the Chattanooga area. The investment will allow the company to build a state-of-the-art call center and customer operations facility. The expansion project, which is subject to approval of local and state incentives, could bring 200 new jobs to Tennessee.

The company expects to break ground on the new property in the next few weeks. The new 45,000-square foot facility will be located off of Lee Highway. HomeServe has been serving homeowners across the United States since 2003. They now protect homeowners in America and Canada. Their flagship Chattanooga Contact Center was opened in October of 2010. The first customer call to the facility was taken in November of the same year. Since then, the company’s workforce in Chattanooga has grown progressively. Initially, the facility was home to just 35 workers. Now, the center is employed by more than 320 people. More importantly, HomeServe’s Chattanooga workforce has shined brightly.

During the 2017 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service, the firm’s Chattanooga employees received 17 awards. HomeServe has helped to contribute to Chattanooga’s community development, while also growing the local job market. The company sincerely believes the upcoming expansion is another example of the benefits of the relationship between the company, the State of Tennessee, and the City of Chattanooga.
