Inpax Final Mile Delivery Prepares For Layoffs In Euclid And West Chester, Ohio

Last week, Inpax Final Mile Delivery Inc. submitted two WARN notices with the Ohio Office Of Workforce Development. The letters explain that the company will be carrying out layoffs at two Ohio locations in the near future. The letter was received on October 1, 2019. The first explains that the company will be laying off at the Amazon facility located at 4260 Port Union Road Site 202 in West Chester, Ohio. The layoff is scheduled for October 21, 2019 and is expected to be permanent.

In total, the company expects to lay off 64 workers at the West Chester facility. That WARN notice can be found here. The second WARN notice pertains to the company’s Euclid, Ohio operation. It is located at the Amazon facility at 26555 Bluestone Boulevard. It is anticipated that the mass layoff will be permanent. The employees were expected to be separated from their employment on October 2, 2019 with all separations expected to be completed on October 10, 2019.

64 workers will be laid off at this facility. None of the workers will have access to bumping rights. The WARN notice can be found here.
