Kohl’s To Begin Accepting Amazon Returns At Some Stores

This week, it was announced that Kohl’s (NYSE: KSS) would soon begin accepting Amazon returns at 82 stores across Los Angeles and Chicago. The company will provide free, convenient returns to Amazon customers beginning in October of this year. Kohl’s employees will pack and ship eligible Amazon items for free. This is not the first time that Kohl’s has teamed up with Amazon. Earlier this month, it was announced that a special Amazon smart home experience would be made available at ten Kohl’s stores across Los Angeles and Chicago starting in October.

Amazon Returns at Kohl’s will attempt to establish a convenient location for Amazon customers to return eligible merchandise, while skipping the hassle of shipping. All eligible items can be returned without a fee, regardless of reason. Items do not need to be packaged for shipping either. Employees with Kohl’s will package and transport all items to Amazon’s return centers.

Designated parking spots near the store entrance will be made available to customers wanting to return their Amazon items. The service will be made available at 82 Kohl’s stores in the Los Angeles and Chicago areas, with the service rolling out in October of this year. Additional details can be found here.
