The letter explains that the company intends to carry out a permanent closure effective on February 1, 2019. The company is located at 6972 Appling Farms Parkway in Memphis, Tennessee. As a result of the impending closure, the company expects to lay off 207 employees.

On December 10, 2018, Nestle Waters submitted a WARN notification. The letter explains that the company will be permanently closing its Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee facility on February 2, 2019.
