Nestle Waters And Emergency Mobile Health Care Prepare For February Layoffs In Tennessee

This month, two companies filed WARN notifications with the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development. On December 5, 2018, Emergency Mobile Health Care LLC submitted its WARN notice. The letter explains that the company intends to carry out a permanent closure effective on February 1, 2019. The company is located at 6972 Appling Farms Parkway in Memphis, Tennessee. As a result of the impending closure, the company expects to lay off 207 employees.

On December 10, 2018, Nestle Waters submitted a WARN notification. The letter explains that the company will be permanently closing its Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee facility on February 2, 2019.
