39-year-old Chung Lam of Sicklerville, New Jersey has been charged with twelve counts of failure to collect and pay taxes. The defendant owned C&L Labor. The company provided temporary workers to other companies. Lam is accused of paying hundreds of employees in cash under the table to avoid withholding employment taxes.
